? What are the refund policies




In order to be eligible for a refund of the value paid


All products (including promotional gift products that are given free of charge with orders) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the following conditions are met:


That the commodity is in its original condition without change, unused and completely intact.


All brand and product labels, price tags, and care instructions are present and in their condition upon receipt.


Please note that grooming and beauty products, underwear or earrings cannot be returned for safety reasons.




: Refund of order amount after return



The process of refunding the order amount will be started only after completing the return process and agreeing to return the product, and the full amount paid for the undamaged products that were returned will be refunded (excluding shipping charges and cash on delivery fees, if any).




: The order amount will be refunded for the returns in the following ways


The amount paid by credit card will be refunded to the same card that was used for the payment.

The amount paid in cash will be refunded upon receipt as a balance in the personal account on Andromeda



? How to request a return of an item


To request a return, all you have to do is go to the order book in your account, then select the item to be returned and click on the return request.


A representative will contact you to collect the item.




? How long does it take to get the amount back


- The refund will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after verification and confirmation of the returned item, with the exception of the shipping value if any.

? How to replace damaged or different goods


When you receive a product that is damaged or different from your order, or a different size, all you have to do is request a return with an explanation of the reason for the return. (Example: The product I received is damaged)


We will send a replacement for it or return the amount, if available, within 7 days of submitting the return request without additional cost.
